Lacking USB ports for international travelers is a major oversight!!! A magnification mirror in the bathroom should be a standard feature, not a luxury!!!

The pool area was amazing, the gym had great equipment, and the spacious rooms made for a relaxing stay. Loved the cool vibe of the lobby and the huge windows offering stunning views of the city skyline.

The staff greeted me with such warmth that I instantly felt at home. My Superior Double Room was impeccably clean and boasted a super comfy bed that cradled me every night. The buffet breakfast was a good treat with fresh, delicious options that fueled my mornings perfectly!

I liked the location of the hotel. it's in a nice neighborhood and close to various dining options. The breakfast impressed me with its freshness and variety. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. My room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for my stay. However, I faced issues with charging my devices since the room lacked USB ports. I also had a problem when they charged my credit card twice. Getting assistance for that was frustrating because I couldn't find a manager to address it. Overall, my experience had great moments but also areas needing improvement.
